We understand that starting can feel overwhelming, but fear not! Our experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way, making this class the perfect entry point for your exploration of intuitive abilities.

In this class, you will gain an understanding of the core energy tools that will serve as your compass on your intuitive path. We will demystify the concepts and practices, empowering you to connect with and harness your own innate intuitive abilities. Discover how to tap into your intuition, trust your inner guidance, and navigate the realms of energy with confidence and clarity.

Our Energy Tools for Beginners class is highly practical, providing hands-on experience and exercises that allow you to apply what you learn in real-time. By integrating theory with experiential learning, we ensure that you not only grasp the concepts intellectually but also gain the confidence to put them into practice.

This class covers basic breathwork, grounding, chakras and auras as they apply to Intuition.

NOTE: If you don’t have a basic understanding of cords, chakras and auras, please consider starting with the Super Beginner class.

• Week 2: More Cords, Auras & Chakra Basics
• Week 3: 1 + 2 = 3
• Week 4: Earth Energy
• Week 5: Cosmic Energy
• Week 6: Putting it all Together – Mastering your energy!
• Week 7: Practice, Practice, Practice
